Hi, I’m Trina, the proud owner of Officially Noted, and these two cuties are my Yorkies, Queenie and Chingo!
My notary journey began in 2021 when my job needed an in-house notary. Shortly after, I became a loan signing agent as a side gig for extra income, and I quickly fell in love with it—it was the perfect fit for a people person like me.
As I climbed the corporate ladder, eventually becoming the Director of Payroll for one of the world’s best children’s hospitals, I realized the corporate world no longer fulfilled me. I was too busy to connect with people, exhausted after work, and had little time for my family and friends. I knew I needed a change—a more meaningful life that aligned with my passions of helping and inspiring people while having the freedom to spend time with my loved ones.
So, I took a leap of faith, left corporate for good, and started Officially Noted. This business not only gives me the freedom to follow my dreams but also allows me to teach and mentor other notaries, empowering them to build their own successful businesses and take their journeys as far as they want.
At Officially Noted, we’re not just about signing documents—we’re about turning chaos into calm and making your experience stress-free and seamless. We’re problem solvers, logistics experts, and signing gurus who know where every FedEx and UPS store is (and their hours). Most of us have mobile printers and scanners in our cars, so we’re always prepared to print, sign, scan back, and ensure your documents are handled with care and precision.

Beyond running this business, I’m passionate about helping and inspiring people—especially those navigating mental illness or learning disabilities—live successful, fulfilling lives. I believe in resilience and purpose-driven living, and I love giving back to my community through volunteering and outreach.
